Why now
AI models got good enough to answer grounded questions from your own documents reliably — not just hold a generic conversation. Botifily exists to put that capability on every channel, not just a chat window on one page.
From idea to early access
The idea
Support teams were juggling a separate tool for every channel — a widget here, a WhatsApp inbox there — each trained separately, if at all. We wanted one trained bot, everywhere.
First prototype
A single knowledge base connected to a website widget was enough to prove the idea: train once, answer consistently.
Where we are now
Botifily is in early access, with website, WhatsApp, Slack, and email channels live from one trained bot.
What's next
More content source types, deeper analytics, and handoff integrations — driven directly by what early users ask for.
